2. Data We Collect

Through the contact form on our website, we collect the following personal data:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Message content

You provide this data voluntarily for the purpose of establishing business communication.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process your data based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to respond to your inquiry and establish a business relationship. If a contract is concluded, the legal basis becomes performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Retention Period

We retain contact form data for the period necessary to process your inquiry, up to a maximum of 12 months from the last communication. If a business relationship is established, data is retained in accordance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

5. Data Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, with the exception of:

• Proton AG (Switzerland) — email service provider for delivering contact form messages. Proton Mail is end-to-end encrypted and meets strict data protection standards.

Data is not transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA (with the exception of Switzerland, which has an adequate level of protection under the European Commission decision).

6. Cookies and Technical Data

Our website uses only essential technical cookies:

• cookieConsent (localStorage) — stores your cookie consent preference. Contains no personal data.
• preferredLanguage (localStorage) — stores your chosen website language.

We do not use analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor tracking tools. Fonts are hosted locally on our server.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — obtain information about what data we process about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Restriction — request temporary suspension of processing
• Portability — receive your data in a structured format
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest

We protect your data through encryption (HTTPS/TLS), access restrictions, and regular security audits. Email communication is conducted via an encrypted protocol (STARTTLS with Proton Mail).
